The Talent Directory features a “Top Candidates” field, which tags candidates who performed well in the hiring rounds but who the organization ultimately didn’t end up hiring.

 

A requirement of using the private Talent Directory is having your top candidates flagged in the Directory to help other high-impact organizations in their hiring. We will provide you with a link to a sign-up form that your top candidates can use to create a profile in HIP's Talent Directory (i.e., they will be opting in to being in the Directory themselves, so no additional consent should be required on your end.)
