We're looking for motivated, results-driven, experienced professionals seeking guidance to maximize their career potential. You'll likely get the most value from the program if you: are a mid-career or senior professional with at least 5 years of work experience, are not currently working in a high-impact role, have contemplated how you can do the most good, and haven't yet taken many significant steps in that direction. The Impact Accelerator Program has 2 particularly distinct features: Action-focused: Designed to support you on your journey to a high-impact career by giving you the tools and resources to develop a personalized plan and take concrete action to implement it. Participants: Become part of a network of experienced (mid-career/senior) professionals who are looking to maximize the positive impact they can have with their career.

The program lasts for 6 weeks, followed by group sessions in subsequent months to maintain momentum and support ongoing plan implementation. During the core 6 weeks of the program, you can anticipate spending up to 5 hours per week: 1.5 hours for cohort meetings at set times 2–3 hours for reading and action on your own schedule 30 minutes for 1:1 meetups on your own schedule

The program's 6-week six-week structure helps you begin with a broad perspective, then narrow your focus as you develop and act on your impact plan. Overview of the 6-week program:​ Week 1: Identify Your Goals -- Identify your main motivation and goals for the program, and learn how to have a big impact. Week 2: Map Your Impact Path -- Explore diverse impact pathways and generate ideas for different career options. Week 3: Prioritize Your Options -- Evaluate your potential career options systematically and create a shortlist of your most promising paths. Week 4: Adjust Your Options -- Find ways to quickly test your hypotheses and adjust your most promising options accordingly. Week 5: Create Your Impact Plan -- Build your Impact Plan to put your learnings from the previous weeks into action. Week 6: Tackle Your Impact Plan -- Take the first steps on your Impact Plan and maximize your chance of success.

Many challenges are addressed in the program's core curriculum. Additional topics are discussed in various extracurricular sessions held throughout the program — past extracurricular sessions have included panel discussions with recruiters at high-impact organizations, how to network effectively, job search strategies, and more.
